2. User-Generated Content
LayoverLoop is a platform for airline crew members to share tips, recommendations, and reviews. All content is user-generated.
Your Responsibilities
- You are responsible for all content you post
- You must have the right to share any content you post
- You grant LayoverLoop a license to use, display, and distribute your content
- You will not post illegal, harmful, or objectionable content
Zero Tolerance Policy
We have zero tolerance for objectionable content or abusive behavior. This includes but is not limited to:
- Nudity, sexual content, or graphic violence
- Hate speech or discrimination
- Harassment, bullying, or threats
- Content exploiting or endangering minors
- Spam, scams, or misleading information
- Content promoting illegal activity
Violations will result in immediate content removal and may lead to account suspension or permanent ban.
3. Content Moderation
We reserve the right to:
- Review, approve, or reject any user-submitted content
- Remove any content that violates these Terms or our Community Guidelines
- Suspend or terminate accounts that violate our policies
- Take any action we deem necessary to maintain a safe community
4. Reporting & Blocking
If you encounter content or users that violate these Terms:
- Use the Report button to notify our moderation team
- Use the Block button to prevent seeing content from specific users
- All reports are reviewed within 24 hours
5. Account & Data
When you create an account or verify your phone number:
- You agree to provide accurate information
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
- You agree to our Privacy Policy
- You may delete your account at any time via layoverloop.app/delete
6. Prohibited Uses
You agree not to:
- Impersonate others or misrepresent your affiliation
- Attempt to access other users' accounts
- Interfere with the service's operation
- Use automated tools to scrape or harvest data
- Manipulate votes, ratings, or reporting systems
- Use the service for commercial purposes without permission
7. Intellectual Property
The LayoverLoop platform, design, and original content are owned by LayoverLoop and protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. User-generated content remains the property of the user but is licensed to LayoverLoop for platform use.
8. Disclaimer
LayoverLoop is an independent, community-run platform. We are not affiliated with any airline, aviation authority, or hotel group. All content is user-generated. We make no guarantees as to the accuracy, safety, or suitability of any tip, contact, or recommendation. Use your own judgment.
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
9. Limitation of Liability
LayoverLoop and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the service.
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or prominent notice on the service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
11. Termination
