Welcome to LayoverLoop. By using our service, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Community Guidelines. Please read them carefully.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using LayoverLoop, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Community Guidelines. If you do not agree, please do not use our service.

2. User-Generated Content

LayoverLoop is a platform for airline crew members to share tips, recommendations, and reviews. All content is user-generated.

Your Responsibilities

• You are responsible for all content you post
• You must have the right to share any content you post
• You grant LayoverLoop a license to use, display, and distribute your content
• You will not post illegal, harmful, or objectionable content

Zero Tolerance Policy

We have zero tolerance for objectionable content or abusive behavior. This includes but is not limited to:

• Nudity, sexual content, or graphic violence
• Hate speech or discrimination
• Harassment, bullying, or threats
• Content exploiting or endangering minors
• Spam, scams, or misleading information
• Content promoting illegal activity

Violations will result in immediate content removal and may lead to account suspension or permanent ban.

3. Content Moderation

We reserve the right to:

• Review, approve, or reject any user-submitted content
• Remove any content that violates these Terms or our Community Guidelines
• Suspend or terminate accounts that violate our policies
• Take any action we deem necessary to maintain a safe community

4. Reporting & Blocking

If you encounter content or users that violate these Terms:

• Use the Report button to notify our moderation team
• Use the Block button to prevent seeing content from specific users
• All reports are reviewed within 24 hours

5. Account & Data

When you create an account or verify your phone number:

• You agree to provide accurate information
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
• You agree to our Privacy Policy
• You may delete your account at any time via layoverloop.app/delete

6. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

• Impersonate others or misrepresent your affiliation
• Attempt to access other users' accounts
• Interfere with the service's operation
• Use automated tools to scrape or harvest data
• Manipulate votes, ratings, or reporting systems
• Use the service for commercial purposes without permission

7. eSIM Purchases

LayoverLoop offers digital eSIM data plans ("eSIMs") that You can purchase directly through the Service for use on compatible devices during Your travels. By purchasing an eSIM, You agree to the additional terms in this section.

Purchase & Delivery

• eSIMs are digital products. After payment is confirmed, the eSIM profile is provisioned and delivered to You within the Service as a QR code and/or installation details.
• You are responsible for ensuring Your device is eSIM-compatible and unlocked before purchase. We are not responsible for a device's inability to install or use an eSIM.
• Prices are displayed at checkout in the applicable currency and include any applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.
• eSIM plans and coverage are provided by our eSIM Provider and are subject to that provider's terms, coverage, and network availability. We do not guarantee coverage, speed, or uninterrupted service in any location.

Payments

Payments for eSIM purchases are processed by our third-party Payment Processor. By completing a purchase, You authorize Us and our Payment Processor to charge the total amount shown at checkout. We do not store Your full payment card details.

Cancellation & Refunds

You may request cancellation and a refund of an eSIM purchase from within the Service. Cancellation and refund requests are processed by Us within 24 hours of Your request. Once processed, refunds are reflected on Your original payment method within 10 days, depending on our Payment Processor and Your bank or card issuer.

eSIMs that have been used, installed, downloaded, or activated — or that have consumed any data — cannot be refunded. Refunds are only available for unused eSIMs that have not been installed or activated. We reserve the right to decline a refund request where we reasonably determine the eSIM has been used or installed.

Nothing in this section limits any statutory rights You may have under applicable law that cannot be excluded by contract.

8. Intellectual Property

The LayoverLoop platform, design, and original content are owned by LayoverLoop and protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. User-generated content remains the property of the user but is licensed to LayoverLoop for platform use.

9. Disclaimer

LayoverLoop is an independent, community-run platform. We are not affiliated with any airline, aviation authority, or hotel group. All content is user-generated. We make no guarantees as to the accuracy, safety, or suitability of any tip, contact, or recommendation. Use your own judgment.

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

10. Limitation of Liability

LayoverLoop and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the service.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or prominent notice on the service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to LayoverLoop at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms or our Community Guidelines.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes will be resolved in UAE courts.
